It is hard to believe that Jean and Shawn are already celebrating their First
Wedding Anniversary next weekend!
Preparing this post has brought back so many warm memories of their awesome day.
Here's a look back...
The girls kicked things off at The Fairmont Chateau Laurier !
Jean's flawless make-up was done by Amy Lupiano of the Ottawa Makeup Artists,
and jolie coiffe was styled by Lisa Cava.
Jean's unique bridal shoes are by designer Chie Mihara based out of Spain.
Her stunning gown is by Jovani
Shawn looked super fine in his three piece suit by Indochino
We arranged for the couple to have a First Look and portraits before the ceremony so that they could stay with their guests throughout cocktails.

One of the best bridal parties ever! The girls were free to choose their own dresses!
The ceremony and reception took place at the lovely
Courtyard Restaurant in the Byward Market.
Musicians from Cadenza Strings set the mood during the ceremony and cocktails.
One of my favourite officiants in Ottawa, Lynne Langille of Exceptional Ceremonies, celebrated the personalized ceremony.
The yummy tower of wedding cupcakes was provided by Thimble Cakes

The Courtyard is perfect for a cozy & intimate wedding. The food and service is always top-notch!
When asked what her favourite wedding detail was from her special day, Jean replied
"Our photographer and her assistant (Jade). They both helped get and keep the dance floor going."
What can I say? We like to party! ; )
